It is that time of year again. When we promise to all that we are going do this, lose that, try this, and go there. Then hope that no one ever remembers and asks us if we did/didn't
Some things work, some things don't, c'est la vie, n'est pas?
Tis true, I agree, but a little encouragement goes a loooong way and I'd like to hear what you're giving a try this year, or what you definitely won't be doing again.
As for me and my girls. We have decided in unison to support each other through daily Pilates. Now this is a big thing because my girls are only 11 and 8 and their interest in this is quite an encouragement.
And to date, we are doing ( two ) Pilates routines daily since Jan. 1. Whoo-hoo.
It's non-aerobic and well worth a try. You just feel good after it. And that's not always true after other workouts I've done.
