 Philippians Chapter 4 Verses 10 to 23
« Thread Started on Dec 22, 2004, 10:14pm »

I am overjoyed and I praise GOD that you are once again able to help supply my needs. I know your concern but the opportunity just was not there for you to do so.
(Vs. 10)

I was never in a pressing need. For I learned to do with what I have. And not grumble about my lot in life. And to be happy!
(Verses 11 and 12)

With GOD's help I can do anything HE asks of me.
(vs. 13)

But you have done well to help me in my present need!
(Vs. 14)

You know that after I left you that you Philippians alone helped me.
(Vs. 15)

You even helped me at two different times when I was in Thessalonica.
Vs. 16)

I am happy that you folks will receive a reward for your kindnesss to me.
(vs. 17)

At the moment I have all and more than I need because of your gift brought by Epaphroditus.
GOD sees and HE will supply your needs from HIS storehouse of riches in Heaven, because of Jesus.
(Verses 18 and 19)

ALL glory belongs to GOD forever!!...So be it!!
(Vs. 20)

Greet all the saints there for us.
All of us and those won to Christ from Caesar's Guard greet you.
(Verses 21 and 22)

May GOD grant everything to you that HE has. (Though undeserved outside of Jesus.)
So be it!!!
(vs. 23)

I think I'm going to wait until after the holidays to resume the Bible study. (Monday January 3rd.)
I'm not sure which book Bonnie and I will be using for our personal devotions. We alternate in picking them. It's her turn.

In HIM,
Bill
